When does service start?
The first service day is 20 December 2026. When booking you pick your December days from 20, 22, 24, 25, 26 and 27–28 December.
Which cities do you serve?
Denver, Colorado is our first hub and is open for booking now. Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and Atlanta are next, followed by Phoenix, Charlotte, Orlando, Tampa, Las Vegas, Seattle, Chicago, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Antonio and Raleigh.
Who actually does the work?
Our own teams deliver the service in the hubs we serve.
How do I pay the deposit?
On the checkout page by card through Stripe (test mode until our live Stripe account is connected), or by Wise — email us at christmascare11@gmail.com for Wise details.
What arrival times can I choose?
Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or Full Day VIP.
Do you bring the tree and decorations?
Tree delivery, setup and styling are included in the package. If you already have decorations you want used, tell us in the booking notes.
What happens after Christmas?
Post-Christmas takedown is scheduled as part of the package, on a date agreed with you during the final walkthrough.
Can I change my dates after booking?

Is there a deposit refund policy?
Deposit terms are confirmed with you by email when your booking is accepted. If you need to cancel, contact us first — we will confirm the position for your booking in writing rather than guessing here.
